MHL™ (Mobile High-Definition Link) will be a sponsor at this year’s “It Won’t Stay In Vegas” blogger party. MHL is a Consortium that has established a new optimized-for-mobile audio/video interface standard for directly connecting mobile devices to high-definition HDTVs. The group consists of Nokia, Samsung, Silicon Image, Sony and Toshiba.
“This is a game-changer in the way people can use and share mobile content everywhere,” said Brad Bramy, MHL Director of Marketing. “MHL enables a mobile device with 1080p HD video and 7.1 surround sound audio, and the mobile phone is charged by the HDTV while it’s displaying its content. You can even use the HDTV remote to control the phone and access its content.”
Brad and his team will be at the party to answer any questions you might have. In the meantime, don’t forget to tweet your entry!
